On 9 September 2020, 13th Working Group Meeting on Trade and Investment was conducted virtually and attended by IMT-GT member countries, IMT-GT Joint Business Council, CIMT and related agencies. The meeting was chaired by Mr Syed Mohd Faizal Syed Mohd Dardin, Director of Investment Policy & Trade Facilitation Division, Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) Malaysia. The meeting update on the progress of projects under difficult time of covid-19, and harness cooperation to reduce its impact to the subregion.
